My subscription or purchase is active but I am unable to watch or download

You have an active individual purchase or subscription but you are unable to download nor watch the contents. 

This happens because for some reason your order is active but the permissions to see the contents failed to apply. 

There is a very simple way to fix this! Please follow this steps:

Click on the profile icon > Edit your profile

Go to the bottom of your profile and click "UPDATE PROFILE" without making any change ;)

After the procedure, try to watch or download.
